Shipping policy

US orders take a minimum of 3 to 5 business days to ship. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and order times may vary depending on numerous factors. These times can increase during busy periods and we apologize for any delay - however we prefer to spend that little bit of extra time on your order than rush a job. 

Once you receive your order confirmation we will begin working on your order.

You will also receive confirmation and tracking (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not be responsible for any orders returned for incomplete deliveries.

If a package is sent back due to insufficient address sent by the customer, the customer must pay the shipping price again to send the parcel back to their address. Please make sure the correct address is put in to avoid these issues. Once an item is received by the courier it is no longer our responsibility.

If there is an error with your address that you see on your order confirmation please contact us within 24 hours at Help@MudeCollective.com to make any changes to your shipping address.
